With 3 different interchangeable sole plates you can sew any type of fabric and get the best Bernina Quality stitch that you can get. The 3 soles plates include one for regular fabric sewing, one with a guide for quilting through multiple layers, and one for topstitching. The walking foot is great for working with finicky fabrics that like to slip or stick when sewing. It also works great with stretch fabrics helping to move the fabric through without stretching it out. It works great at keeping stripes and plaids from shifting.
