Usually you're taking a big gamble buying an item listed as used with some cosmetic damage and sometimes the item you receive is actually a BRAND NEW MACHINE!!! HAPPY DAAAAAAAY!!! I got a DEAL on this machine. So glad I took that gamble. Saved about $500
