The design of the Brother SA108 straight stitch foot improves contact with the feed dogs resulting in more accurate and consistant feed which creates a higher quality straight stitch. Also use the Brother SA108 in straight stitch applications using fine or lighter weight fabrics where a wide center foot opening might cause the fabric to be pulled into the bobbin area.

Works great and fit my machine to a Tee
Oddly enough my sewing machine did not come with a straight stitch foot, and this fit perfectly. Has a nice weight to it and a solid feel. Great replacement foot for your Brother machine.

Fits My Machine Perfectly
We made a major move about a year ago, and recently, I got my sewing machine out to do some minor repairs. Well, somehow, the foot didn't make the move with the machine. I still can't figure out how that happened, but it did. Fortunately, I found this foot on Amazon, and it fits my machine perfectly. It looks like the original, and the quality is great.
