Excellent Value with Outstanding Support
I have sewn with a Featherweight for years, but felt the need for a machine that would sew zigzag, and buttonholes and buttons more easily. This machine is extremely easy to set up and sew with. I ran into a couple of problems and called the number listed for technical support. I was amazed to get a live person immediately who was able to help me and get me sewing again quickly. She was friendly, knowledgeable and had no discernible accent, which can sometimes make communication difficult. It took a bit to learn to use the automatic threading function, and the bobbin loads a bit differently from my old machine, but I would recommend this machine for anyone wanting a basic zigzag machine. I have even found myself using the decorative stitches.

Skip the Singer - GET THIS
After months of arguing with my Singer Simple and being thoroughly disgruntled - I borrowed an Eversewn Sparrow from my local quilting shop. I loved it and couldn't wait to get my own! I paid for 2 day shipping and have been happily sewing ever since! Easy to set up, easy to use, reliable. What more do you need?

Nice machine
I bought this to donate to a local school where they are struggling to provide sewing equipment for the kids. They were so excited to get this and they love it. If it works out well this year I may try to get another one next year.

It's the best
How do you say it's the best ..... well, we own two Sparrow 15s and one Sparrow 20 now. They are being used for general sewing some of the time, quilting most of the time.

Awesome basic mechanical machine!
Great little mechanical machine. I wanted something to use for piecing while my other machines are in storage during our move. This sews an accurate seam and maintains it's tension well. Easy to use, this would be a great machine for beginners or a lightweight take-along machine for retreats or classes. Since it has no electronics, there is very little that can go wrong. I will keep this machine even after my others are out of storage. I am tickled that there is now an alternative on the low end pricing of sewing machines. Definitely a better choice than the $150 machines available at other retailers.
