I like to write reviews to help other people with their decisions, because I like to read reviews too, to decide if something is right for me or not. I got the Fiskars 28 mm rotary cutter for more accurate, detail and precision cutting. It arrived in original packaging, and on time. I am very pleased with this product although when you first open it and hold it in your hand, you'll notice how slender the handle is, and you'll wonder if it's too small, but once you cut with it, the slenderness of the handle seems to work at an advantage for more precise cutting. Hope this review helps others!!

Nice rotary cutter, I ordered it for doing curves, several reviews said they worked better than the 45mm rotary cutter for curves.

Pretty happy, I wish the slide was reversed though
This makes cutting smaller shapes for baby clothes a lot easier! My only compliant is the slide mechanism works in reverse of their larger rotary cutters, so I'm always thrown off because it's not like my other Fiskars.

Exactly what I needed!! I am not proficient with cutting patterns with my regular rotary cutter so I decided to start with a smaller version. Theres not a lot to this, the blade is sharp, it's easy to replace and you can flip it for left-handed use. The whole thing is really light and easy to hold.
