Crafting made easy!
I LOVE this cutter for crafting, it makes things so quick and easy. The blade is very sharp and the handle is really comfortable to hold onto. The safety button and release is nice, though I sometimes forget to click it off when I'm done, oops.

Just what I wanted
I have arthritis in my hands so this makes it easier for cutting wrapping paper and arts and crafts.

A lot safer than scissors, sharp as can be, real quality.
I use these to cut leather. They cut like a hot knife through butter. I think they are a lot safer than scissors if you keep your fingers out from under the blade, if not you're going to the emergency room. I don't think I have ever seen a blade as sharp as this thing is, 10-12 oz veg tanned leather is no match for the rotary blade. No hard down pressure is required, the rolling action slices right through. Just ALWAYS use a cutting mat under the blade, if the blade hits something hard like a table top, the top of the table and the blade are ruined. Curve cutting is a breeze, small curves require small multiple cuts around the radius, large curves can be made in one pass, this may depend on the thickness of your material to be cut, but this is how it is with thick leather. Overall, I've retired the scissors, they only come out for some really small notch cuts. I would highly recommend these, and any Fiskars product for that matter, to anyone needing precision cutting capability.
