These shears are my favorite! I have always wanted some Gingher's and they are everything I thought they would be. They look pretty and they are very sharp. I have absolutely no problem cutting my fabric with these. They have a nice weight to them but can feel heavy after a lot of cutting.

Want beautiful scissors? These are for you. I use mine for day-to-day needs. I just wanted an everyday item to look good out on the counter. These fit the bill. Still look shiny and new years later.

A very stylish pair that works.
This was a gift. I was told the scissors were sharp as a razer blade. Easy to handle and no one was to use them but her. I would buy these again. These are used for fabric only, and the bent handle is a plus. If you know your way around a sewing machine you will enjoy using the Gingher 8 Inch Goldhandle Knife Edge Bent Trimmers. I just call them a very good pair of well made scissors.

Give a fine gift
Gift for a dear friend. Her kids are grown and no longer run with and destroy her scissors. It was time for a really good pair! It was a wonderful gift. Be sure the person gives you a coin if you give these away.

Great scissors
I actually got these as a gift for my daughter who likes quilting. Rotary cutters only work for straight lines, so these are nice when you have to do curves. Her comments were that they were really sharp, clear to the tips, and they had no problem cutting satin easily.She's very pleased with them. According to others, if they ever need resharpening, always send them back to Gingher.
