These scissors are really nice. I have a feeling these would cut through sheet metal if you tried. Not that I would do that. Its so nice to have such a great pair of scissors finally. Worth the money.

Made in Italy , very high quality scissors , people who have used them for many years say they are the best , I like them because they contain no plastic which eventually falls apart albeit mostly after a very long time frame or prolonged exposure to sunlight !

These are by far the best scissors I have ever used. They are strictly for fabric. I won't even use them on paper products. In the past I've used other inferior scissors, but those days are in the past. Thank you for a great product.

Now I know why my mom, when I was a kid, was so protective of her "good" shears. These have the look and feel of jewelry and cut all the way to the tip of the blades. I never realized what I was missing using hardware store scissors, but am so glad I splurged. If you want to keep family members from cutting things with your special purchase, just put a padlock on them running through the fingerholes!

Very well made, sharp! My friend accidentally cut herself on them! Well I guess they are christened now. I love the gold, it's very pretty and not cheap looking at all. I think they are the chickest shears ever!
