Essential for home machine embroidery
As an amateur with my Brother home embroidery machine, I hadn't known what a great tool the scissors could be. After watching a tutorial on-line, I discovered these and use them every time I use my embroidery machine. I highly recommend these. (On a side note, when they were delivered the packing was broken/open. They still appeared in new, perfect condition.)

Surprisingly pleased
When the package arrived I got worried, the packaging is very cheesy and reminds me of a cheap dollar store product, at $16 I expected a decent pair of scissors. I opened it up and found the scissors to be quite lightweight and almost flimsy.... BUT they work well. The angle lets me get right up against my stitching, and these are sharp enough that I do not have to cut one area more than one time. With the packaging and light weight I really thought I bought a dud, but after half a dozen uses, they are cutting well, holding up fine and I really like them.

Worth every penny!
Very high quality. Works like a dream for cutting jump stitches on my machine embroidery. Highly recommend for anyone that has an embroidery machine. Be careful they are extremely sharp! Beats any of the so called half price sales at the Craft and Fabric stores by about 25%. Havel seems to have quite a selection of different needs scissors. Would go back to Amazon and buy a Havel product again.

nice and curved
This product is awesome and it is a nifty little pair of scissors. only thing is how to sharpen it? but this is a great for my embroidery since it gets right close to the stitching . this also aids in pushing the embroidery down while it is stitching .. the material it is made of is stainless steel which is nice and will last a long time . overall this product is very nice and is as expected O( sharpening of the tool thought ?? ) but other then this great product

Don't be without these Scissors!
These scissors are a must have for anyone who embroiders! I wouldn't be without them and they work well for other sewing projects too. Highly recommend!

Great for in the hoop trimming
I bought these for in the hoop applique trimming. They work great. They have a bit more angle that makes getting into the tight places easier. I worried when some of the reviews said they were to tight, they are tight but to me feel like they should. They cut good along the whole cutting edge all the way to the very tip. I have used them on several projects and have been extremely happy with them. On a funnier note don't be shocked at how big the box they ship them in is. I thought when it came oh no this can't be them.... the box was big enough for prunning sheers!

Helpful addition for sewing and embroidery
This brand of scissors has been difficult for me to find in stores. This particular brand was highly recommended by a sewing/embroidery instructor. I purchased a pair for me and one for my daughter. We both find them helpful. They arrived very promptly and the price was good. We are both pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend this product.
