These scissors have stainless steel blades and double ground edges for smooth cutting and comfort grips on the handles. Includes a safety cap for the blades when not in use.

Loved the cover!
This brand was recommended by a teacher at a quilt retreat I was going to, in Hawaii. I decided to get them partially because they have that nice cover. I found that it was a great purchase. Besides that nice cover the scissors are really nice too. Sharp and light weight. I bought some high end scissors in the past and they sit in the box (no name, but I've always wanted to own them, and a huge disappointment. They feel like they catch and are not smooth when you cut.) These are really good scissors!!

I have sewn for most of my life and have spent an embarrassingly vast amount of money on scissors which have been excellent, EXPENSIVE and still around. I ordered these to take with me when I travel for classes. I did not expect them to become my go to scissors. The initial quality surpasses my more expensive ones. I have had them for under a year and can't comment on their durability as I doubt they can be resharpened but they are amazing. I recommend them to anyone looking for sewing scissors.

Havel scissors
Very impressed with the sharpness of the scissors. Light. Comfortable. Like the point protector. I bought these because almost all the sewing shows on TV use them and I could not find them in the local sewing/fabric stores.
