This is a genuine Horn Replacement Key that fits Horn, Regal, Perfexion, Viking, Ken's, and Bernina cabinets manufactured by Horn of America. Also fits older Koala cabinets manufactured in Australia.
This key is 2.3/8" wide, the handle is 1.3/8" tall, The male end of key measures 1/2" tall x 1/4" wide.

Just What I Needed
