Quilting with rulers and templates is a great way to achieve perfect patterns every time. The Ruler Foot attachment to the Convertible Free Motion Quilting Foot Set fits perfetly next to rulers and templates to achieve great results. This set includes ¼"Ruler Foot and Open-Toe Frame Quilting Foot, which are designed secifically for frame quilting, the forte of the new 1600P-QC. The ¼" Ruler Foot as a high 'heel' and ½" diameter for free-motion quilting with a ¼" thick quilt rulers and long arm quilting templates.The Open-toe Frame Quilting foot has an opening that faces sideways to provide a clear view of your work when standing at the handles of a quilt frame.

Interchangeable with Convertible Free-Motion Frame Quilting Feet for the 1600P Series jano-767-433-004 for maximum utility.

Great addition to my sewing machine

My Janome 8200 QCP came with a free motion quilting foot but it did not have a ruler foot. This Set allows me to convert the foot I already have two a ruler foot. It is easy to switch between the two and has allowed me to add to my foot attachments at a very reasonable cost.

works perfecty with the Janome convertible foot. Don't forget to adjust the height of the foot to barely skim the surface of the quilt sandwich. That is NOT spelled out on the card's instruction. Save's you a bit, if you do it right off the bat. I was fuming a tad before I watched a You Tube video on the foot. Have fun.

Free Motion Quilting (and Ruler) Feet Set

SewVacDirect has been always a great at fulfilling my sewing needs promptly and with excellent service. This product arrived fast! I received my order within just a few days! This item is a genuine Janome product. It arrived brand new, contained in a sealed blister pack. I have not had a chance to use this product yet since I've been busy, but am eager to try it out as soon as I can. I already have the required free motion convertible frame quilting feet set (202002004) for my Janome MC6500P - which came as part of the sewing machine bundle. This ruler foot (767434005) is supposed to fit my machine with the convertible feet (202002004) for low shank sewing machines installed. (It appears that it will fit this converter as it has the correct attachment mechanism.) I've already used 202002004 to do free-motion quilting. I wanted to try using a ruler foot with my Creative Grids 1/4-inch ruler on my quilts, which is why I purchased this product.

Must have foot!

This foot is a must have if you are doing ruler work! This foot performs exactly as stated. Provides the 'barrier' between the ruler and the needle that makes it pretty much impossible for the needle to hit the ruler (I have done it without the foot and broke needles and rulers). This foot will enable you to take your domestic quilting to a whole new level! I highly recommend! haven't used it yet as I haven't ordered the necessary shank that needs to be ordered separately - which is quite pricey. I needed the ruler foot so one of these days I will bite the bullet and order the other foot that is required.
