Works like a charm and quick delivery
After many years, the original foot pedal started to act wonky. Sometimes I had to do foot contortions to find a spot on the pedal that worked; other times the machine ran when I wasn't touching the pedal at all. This was especially fun when it would speed out of control at the end of an inside corner seam. Taking the control apart, blowing out the dust, and poking around the innards would fix it for a day or two but then the wonkiness reappeared. In exasperation, I ordered this replacement and it obeys my foot perfectly. I greatly appreciate the speedy delivery. Well done, Sewvacdirect.

This is a nice alternative to the foot control on the Janome MC6600P. I had gone through 4 foot pedals, replacing them with the model it came with. This is more reasonably priced and works just fine.
