Purchased as a gift which was greatly appreciated. Would buy more. The packaging, both for shipping, and the plastic case for the bobbins protected the bobbins from breakage while in shipment. This was a great pricel for Janome bobbins.

Pink Bobbins!
I don't really care about these being a special edition for Janome's anniversary, but bobbins that are a different color? Fabulous! I use a ton of different threads in my machine quilting and these are helping me to keep up with which threads are on my bobbins. My only wish is that the case was a softer plastic. This case's plastic seems a bit brittle. I also think I have fewer problems when I run Janome bobbins instead of generic bobbins, so it was great to have more Janome bobbins.

I love the product. The bobbins are beautiful and are very quiet in my machines. That is the reason I gave it a 5 star rating. The shipping was fast but quite carelessly packaged. They were loose in a large bubble lined envelope. One of the cases was crushed. The bobbins were ok but I cannot use the case. I was refunded the $$ on the case and a partial on the shipping. But I wanted the product not the refund. I worked 31 years in a factory and filled in occasionally on the small items shipping area. I understand how to pack items carefully. Perhaps your shipping department needs a refresher course on wrapping fragile items and the correct container choice. All in all I would order from you again.
