I bought this to replace the tiny, frustrating, fiddly screw that came with my machine to attach the presser foot holder or a walking foot to the shank of my Janome 3160QDC machine. This screw is much larger than the original and has ridges around the edge to hold on to. It also has a slot for a final tightening with a screwdriver.
