The MO 655 by Juki is a 2 needle, 2/3/4/5-thread serger and overlock machine. Like other models in the Pearl line, the MO 655 offers differential feed as well as does overlock and flatlock stitches, rolled hems, and chain stitching, all in various stitch widths for the widest versatility. It stitches at up to 1500 SPM, has easy stitch adjustment dials, a differential adjustment dial, and built-inseam guides that make precision serging with the perfect amount of allowance easier. Getting professional results from this machine couldn’t be simpler!
With its color-coded thread guides, threading the MO 655 is actually much easier than it looks by simply following the colored thread paths. The lower and chain loopers can also be threaded in mere minutes with minimal frustration. Thread tension is easily adjusted using a single dial.
The MO 655 consistently cuts clean seam allowances with its heavy-duty, width-adjustable knives. It also comes with a multi-function presser foot that enables the sewist to make an overlock stitch while adding trims like ribbon, elastic, tape, and more, for a one-step finish. It accepts all sorts of Juki snap-on presser feet that can be purchased separately to create different stitch effects.
The Juki MO 655 is approximately 12.5” x 11.5” in size, 13.5” high, and weighs 15.5 lbs. It has a bright LED light that shines over the needle area for clear illumination. It comes ready to use with needles and a threader, a 2/3 thread selector, spare lower knife, guide bar, light bulb for the built-in light, thread nets, accessory pouch, vinyl cover, cleaning tools, foot control, and more.
The MO 655 serger comes with Juki’s standard serger warranty. This provides a 2-year warranty on specific electrical parts, a 5-year warranty on mechanical parts minus certain exclusions, and 90 days on labor and adjustments. Warranty applicable only for personal use; commercial use of this machine will void the warranty.

I love MO
I am in love wtih this serger. This is my third serger and it is handling everything I throw at it. The rolled hem is flawless. I especially like the fact that you can raise the presser foot with a little extra push on the lever, just like a regular sewing machine. The needles can be challenging to thread, but the included cheapy needle threader helps a lot. The instruction manual is pretty clear. Great price for top notch machine.

YOU CAN’T BEAT THE JUKI PEARL LINE MO-655
I love this serger, and would buy it again! Yes, I did have a problem learning how to thread it. It was worth the learning curve.

Love this machine
threading is a pain, but no more so then the janome serger I've had for years.

Great Machine
I ordered this because my old serger of 20 years, was a Juki also so I was familiar with the workings. If you're new to sergers and serging, this is a complicated machine to thread. Just a heads up on that end. It is a good machine, however, and worth the price and the effort to learn the threading procedure.

Patience & Practice
My old serger after thirty years may it rest in peace I loved that machine. The Juki does do a lot more functions than my old serger so I purchased it. I had read that the instructions were difficult to read they didn't say how hard. The threading of this machine was a challenge, oh yes it is. Patience was used to the utmost. I did buy the dental mirror just to try to thread the machine and The Complete Serger Handbook. My daughter did have to help me with the screws when I was replacing the needles. The screws can fit into your fingernail just too small. The tension will have to adjusted for different weights of fabric. After months of practice, practice and practice some more. Overall, I had to get to know the machine with all of its functions. It does a lot more than my old one.

Sews excellent!
I love my machine, the 655. It sews very smooth, is easy to thread, the foot pedal is easy to control the stitching. I bought the extra feet too, and I just love all the things it will do.
