My Juki machine started acting up -- breaking needles, freezing at times and making a humming sound. After checking the machine, my husband determined that it was the bobbin case, so I ordered a new one before sending the machine to the shop for repair. Thank goodness, it appears to have corrected the problem. One thing I noticed about the bobbin case, though, is that it is a thinner metal than the original bobbin case that came with the machine and also a little rougher feeling. I don't believe it's as good a quality as my original bobbin case, but at this time it is doing the job. I think $30 for a bobbin case is rather high in price, and $3.95 for mailing the little package is extremely high. Other than these small issues, I am happy the bobbin case appears to have fixed the problem and I have ordered from SewVac Direct in the past and I'm sure I'll continue, as long as you carry Juki accessories.
