With this foot, the sewing machine is able to carry out sewing at 1.5 mm position on the left from the stepped portion. In comparison with the standard compensating foot, the front part of this presser foot has a shorter structure. This means that this presser foot is suited to the sewing of small parts such as pockets, single lap stitching, hemming, etc. and of small curves. This presser foot can be used with a wide variety of fabrics, from standard-weight to heavyweight.
