I love schmetz sewing machine needles because they come in a convenient plastic shield. They are precisely sharp and easy to insert into my machine and they sew so well, no catching on the fabric, smooth even stitches, easy to thread.

I always use Schmetz needles for my sewing needs. i embroidery designs as well as sew items. I can depend on these needles to do the job. These needles are called universal and they will do for my many sewing projects.

These needles were recommended by my serger manufacturer and others so I decided t0 try them. They are certainly sturdy enough and go through various types of material satisfactorily. They fit in my machine properly and sew without unnecessary breakage.
